Precision PCBs, traced right the first time.
We fabricate rigid, flex and rigid-flex circuit boards for industrial control, automotive and medical instrumentation clients across the EU — from single prototypes to qualified volume runs.

Capabilities
One fabrication line, four ways to use it
Every board runs through the same qualified process, whether it's one prototype or a scheduled production release.
01
Prototype runs
Small batches, fast iteration. Design review feedback within one business day.
02
Volume production
Scheduled releases with locked tooling, incoming inspection and batch traceability.
03
Flex & rigid-flex
Polyimide constructions for enclosures where a ribbon cable won't fit.
04
Assembly (SMT/THT)
Paste print, reflow and selective wave soldering, in-house AOI on every panel.
Process
From gerbers to a tested board
Five fixed stages. Every board carries a panel ID through all of them.
1
Design review
DFM check against your gerbers and stack-up before anything is scheduled.
2
CAM engineering
Panelization, drill data and impedance modelling for the target layer count.
3
Fabrication
Imaging, etch, lamination and plating on the qualified line.
4
AOI & E-test
Automated optical inspection, then 100% electrical continuity test.
5
Ship
Vacuum-sealed with a batch report and certificate of conformance.
Specifications
Standard capability sheet
Tighter tolerances are available on request after design review.
